I want to create an agent in a custom DB that make these steps:
1. On schedule it creates a document from a specify form.
2. It attaches some attachments in a rich text field
3. It sends a message to a distribution list with the document link.

There is a simply way to do it?
I don't know the lotusscript language, but I think that with this it's not very hard to make...
